Job Descript ion：
We seek candidates with hands-on industry experience in custom peptide synthesis. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and must possess good multitasking abilities, as applicants will be required to work on multiple, simultaneous projects. ?
Responsibilities：
Design, synthesis, analysis and purification of peptides and related reagents
Qualifications：
1、BS/MS/PhD. in organic chemistry or biochemistry.
2、2+ years experience in custom peptide synthesis required.
3、Prior experience with solid phase and solution phase synthesis of peptides and related reagents.
4、Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of peptide synthesizers, analytical/purification instruments (LC and LC-MS) and other laboratory equipments.
5、Ability to troubleshoot and address chemical, software and hardware issues.
6、Supervisory/management experience preferred but not required.
